Before the third China Thailand Higher Education Cooperation Forum and the 2021 China Thailand Higher Education Cooperation Alliance Annual Meeting are about to be held, Henan Province has suffered heavy rain and many places have been affected, which is distressing and anxious. On this occasion, our old friend, Dr. Pornchai, President of Siam University in Thailand and Co-Chair of The Alliance of China-Thailand Universities (ACTU) , sent a letter of condolences to the affected students and people in Henan, vividly interpreting the connotation of "China and Thailand are one family".
